We are looking for a capable and efficient Secretary to support our office operations and assist in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Age above 26 years
• Strong knowledge of computers
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Good typing speed
• Ability to handle office correspondence and documentation
• Educational qualification: No bar
Responsibilities:
• Managing office correspondence and emails
• Preparing documents, reports, and maintaining records
• Data entry and handling Excel sheets
• Coordinating office activities and assisting management
• Maintaining files and office documentation
