Key Responsibilities:
• Commerce background preferred
• Provide administrative & organizational support for daily operations
• Manage schedules, meetings, and communications
• Draft and format correspondence, legal, and business documents
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate with clients, government departments, and office staff
• Handle digital and physical filing systems
• Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and task progress
• Assist with travel arrangements, billing, and diary management
• Must be well-organized and fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office and PDF tools
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Maintain office kitchen
• Must be very careful and responsible when dealing with confidential matters
