Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with students/parents regarding pending fees and coordinate with the Accounts Team.
- Manage student transportation coordination with students, parents, drivers, and transportation vendors.
- Coordinate with transportation vendors regarding routes, schedules, student requirements, and service-related issues.
- Maintain fee, transportation, student, and administrative records.
- Handle daily administrative and coordination activities.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and registers.
- Coordinate with different departments and vendors for timely completion of tasks.
- Handle multiple responsibilities and ensure proper follow-up.
Required Skills
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with students, parents, Accounts Team, drivers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Good multitasking and time-management skills.
