Back Office SAP operator

Team Member and Team Lead roles.SAP master data / material creation, maintenance, approved change request processing, data validation and stakeholder coordination.Flexible to support business requirements, agreed shifts and production coverage. Comfortable working with global stakeholders where needed.Team Member 1 to 5 years in SAP master data or related back-office operations.Team Lead 6 years with SAP master data exposure and team coordination experience.

Qualification Any graduate. Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration background preferred.

• Create, maintain and update SAP master data records as per approved requests and defined SOPs.

• Generate new material, customer, vendor or process-specific codes based on naming conventions, validations and approval requirements.

• Process approved master data change requests with proper checks, documentation and closure discipline.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness across relevant SAP views, mandatory fields and cross-functional data dependencies.

• Perform duplicate checks, data validation, error correction and basic impact assessment before record creation or modification.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Operations teams to clarify inputs and resolve exceptions.

• Follow data governance standards, audit controls, approval matrix, compliance requirements and quality checks.

• Maintain tracker hygiene, update status clearly and support timely reporting of pending, completed and exception cases.

• Identify recurring data issues and recommend simple preventive actions to improve first-time-right quality.

• For Team Lead scope: review team output, manage allocation, support escalations, track SLA adherence and mentor team members.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
