SAP operator

Position Title: SAP (Sales & Distribution) Trainee(1 Year Contract- TMS Payroll)

Experience: 0-2 years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.)

Location: Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Nagar) , Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module configuration and day-to-day support activities.

• Support end-to-end sales processes including order management, billing, and delivery processing.

• Help in master data creation and maintenance (customer, material, pricing, etc.)

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide SAP-based solutions.

• Participate in system testing, UAT support, and documentation.

• Resolve basic SAP SD issues and escalate complex problems to senior consultants.

• Prepare reports and assist in data analysis using SAP.

• Ensure compliance with company processes and SAP best practices.
  

Required Skill Set:

• SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) certification (preferred)

• Basic understanding of SAP SD business processes

• Knowledge of sales order processing, billing, pricing, and logistics flow.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of ERP concepts.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation skills.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
