SAP operator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound entries in SAP (Goods Receipt Note, Delivery, and Sales).

• Create and process sales orders, billing documents, and delivery challans in SAP.

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate posting of material movements.

• Maintain inventory records and perform stock reconciliation between physical and SAP data.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and dispatch reports from SAP.

• Support depot operations in stock transfers between depots and distributors.

• Handle returns, damaged goods entries, and adjustments in SAP.

• Liaise with the Accounts team for posting invoices and ensuring proper billing.

• Assist in periodic physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and system data accuracy.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
