About the Company

Parnami Logistics is a warehousing and logistics solutions provider offering transportation, inventory management, 3PL services, and advanced warehousing solutions.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator with strong SAP MM skills and advanced Excel knowledge to manage warehouse and inventory data operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP MM entries including GRN, material movements, and stock updates

  • Inventory reconciliation and stock verification

  • Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS Reports

  • Handling dispatch and inward/outward data entries

  • Coordination with Warehouse, Operations, and Accounts teams

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • SAP MM (Mandatory)

  • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)

  • Strong computer handling and typing skills

  • High data accuracy and attention to detail

  • Warehouse / Logistics experience preferred

Education & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline 

  • Prior experience in logistics/warehousing data operations preferred
