Key Responsibilities

Maintain material and inventory data in SAP MM.
Create and update Material Master, Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Receipt (GRN) in SAP.
Maintain accurate warehouse stock and inventory records.
Prepare daily and weekly reports using MS Excel.
Verify invoices, delivery challans, and stock entries.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for system updates.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data.

Required Skills

Knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management)
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in warehouse / logistics operations
Good typing speed and attention to detail
