SAP operator

We are looking for a #SAP operator to join our #Patna, #Bihar team B.S. Enterprises is #ORBSClient. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹20000 - ₹30000 salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

Data entry & transaction processing in SAP ERP

Handling SAP T-codes and daily operational activities

Creation & maintenance of Master Data

Preparing SAP reports & MIS

Coordination with Accounts / HR / Store / Project Team

Maintaining accuracy & confidentiality of data

Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.

Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.

Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of SAP (MM / FICO / SD – any module)

SAP GUI navigation & reporting

MS Excel, Word & Email handling

Good typing speed (English / Hindi preferred)

Attention to detail & documentation skills

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate with 3-6 years of experience as an SAP Operator. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualification

Graduation / Under Graduation

SAP Certification (Preferred, not mandatory)

2 to 4 years of experience (Only experienced SAP knowledge can apply)
