SAP Operator – Job Description

- Role: Support day‑to‑day SAP transactions, ensure data accuracy, and troubleshoot minor issues.

- Key duties

- Execute routine SAP transactions (e.g., order entry, inventory moves, invoicing).

- Maintain master data and run standard reports.

- Monitor system alerts and resolve basic errors.

- Assist end‑users with SAP navigation and provide basic training.

- Follow SOPs and maintain security/compliance standards.

- Qualifications

- Familiarity with SAP ECC (MM, SD, FI) modules.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
