Perform daily data entry and transaction processing in SAP
Create and update Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and Invoices
Maintain inventory, stock movement, and material master data
Upload and verify POD (Proof of Delivery) and shipment-related documents
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounts teams for data accuracy
Generate MIS reports and daily/weekly operational summaries
Monitor discrepancies and resolve SAP-related issues promptly
Ensure compliance with company processes and SAP best practices
Support audits by providing required SAP data and reports
