1. Logistics Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare freight bills, warehousing bills, and monthly logistics invoices.

• Validate trips, routes, delivery challans, PODs, and LR details before billing.

• Calculate charges like freight, fuel surcharge, waiting charges, unloading, and other logistics-related costs.

• Generate client-wise and route-wise invoices as per agreed rate contracts.

2. Documentation & Verification

• Cross-check FMS (Flow Management System) / MIS reports with operational data.

• Match delivery PODs, manifests, and shipment records before raising invoices.
