Job Description

We are looking for a SAP executive to join our team E4 Warehousing & Logistics. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently. Enter customer, vendor, employee, and product details into SAP modules (MM). Update records such as invoices, Despatch & Delivery, and stock movements. Post daily transactions & logistics entries. Cross-check data with source documents before entry.

Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. Generate basic SAP reports for supervisors.
Maintain logs of entries and updates for audit purposes.Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, HR).
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Ability to follow processes and instructions.
