We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Telecaller / Appointment Coordinator to manage customer appointments, follow-ups, and client engagement activities for our salon chain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Book, confirm, reschedule, and manage salon appointments.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments and services.
Contact inactive customers and encourage repeat visits.
Promote salon offers, memberships, packages, and special campaigns.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about salon services.
Coordinate with salon branches regarding appointment schedules.
Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns when required.
Achieve daily and monthly appointment booking targets.
