1. Daily Stock Maintenance

   • Monitoring and updating stock levels regularly

   • Ensuring accuracy of inventory records

2. Customer Handling & Sales Support

   • Attending to walk-in and counter customers

   • Handling sales inquiries and generating leads

3. Accounts Assistance

   • Supporting accounting tasks using Tally and Excel

   • Assisting in data entry, invoicing, and record-keeping

4. Daily Reporting

   • Preparing and sharing daily operational and sales reports

   • Ensuring timely and accurate report submission

5. Customer Follow-ups & Query Resolution

   • Following up with customers regarding inquiries and pending actions

   • Providing product information and resolving issues efficiently

6. Material Inward & Outward Reporting

   • Recording and tracking movement of goods

   • Maintaining logs of material received and dispatched

7. Dispatch Supervision

   • Overseeing dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery

   • Coordinating with logistics and ensuring correct documentation
