Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Sales
Make outbound calls (including cold calls) to prospective and existing clients.
Collect client requirements and share details with the sales/operations team.
Follow up with clients on proposals, quotations, and pending requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Back-Office & Operations Support
Prepare invoices, contracts, and sales-related documentation.
Maintain accurate records of client data, interactions, and transactions.
Support the sales team in daily operations and backend processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment/service delivery.
Meetings & Coordination
Attend client meetings (online/offline) as required.
Assist senior sales managers in negotiations and presentations.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make effective sales calls and manage follow-ups.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Prior experience in sales or operations preferred.
