Research Executive

We are looking for a Research Executive to join our team 1Lotus Research. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 18,000/- and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth operations.

• Verify data accuracy, make corrections, and identify irregularities in a timely manner.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. The role requires excellent attention to detail, fluent English speaking, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  Educational Qualifications Requirement: Graduates & above. Pharmacy background candidates are preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge/technological skills-

• A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette is must.

• Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances and upholding the values of the organization is must.

• Besides the job related skills, the agent would require the following qualities:

• Ability to make efficient use of resources

• English proficiency is must. Fresher or experienced

• Ability to converse – read writes and speaks in excellent English and Mandarin

• Knowledge of word, excel and should be adept in using search tools, browsers and also email features; attaching files to correspondence, utilizing tracking and management features

• Good verbal and oral communication skills- fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors.

• Past experience of market research is not essential. We provide necessary training to the candidates as required from time to time.
