We are looking for a female Back Office Executive who will handle basic recruitment work along with day-to-day office operations. The candidate should be confident, organized, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews)

• Maintain candidate database and follow up with applicants

• Handle data entry, documentation, and reports

• Manage emails, calls, and internal communication

• Coordinate with HR / management team for hiring and admin tasks
