Job Description – Quality Control Trainee (Personalized Products)

We are looking for a Quality Control Trainee – Personalized Products to join our team at igp.com. This role involves ensuring the quality, accuracy, and finish of personalized gifting products before dispatch. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction by identifying defects and ensuring all products meet brand and QC standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on personalized products (prints, text, images, alignment, colors, finishing).

• Verify personalization details as per customer order (names, photos, dates, spellings, artwork).

• Identify defects such as blur prints, color mismatch, damages, scratches, or incorrect personalization.

• Ensure QC is done as per defined SOPs before packing and dispatch.

• Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve QC issues.

• Maintain QC records and report recurring issues for corrective action.

• Ensure zero wrong or defective product dispatch to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Attention to detail with strong observation skills.

• Basic understanding of printing / personalized product workflows preferred.

• Ability to follow SOPs and quality guidelines strictly.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to work in a production/warehouse environment.

Experience:

• 0–2 years experience in QC, production, or gifting/printing industry (freshers can apply).
