Position: Quality Analyst – Back Office/Data Entry
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Review and audit data entered by the Back Office/Data Entry team.
Check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify errors, missing information, and discrepancies in records.
Maintain and update quality-check reports and audit sheets.
Monitor team performance and ensure data entry quality standards are followed.
Conduct regular quality checks on employee work.
Share feedback with team members and highlight recurring errors.
Coordinate with Team Leaders and management regarding quality issues.
Maintain proper documentation of errors, corrections, and quality reports.
Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately within the given timeline.
Suggest improvements to reduce errors and improve overall data quality.

🔹 Requirements:

Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Analyst / Data Entry / Back Office / MIS role preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Basic knowledge of reporting and data management.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

💰 Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
(Depending on experience and skills)
