Purchase & Stores Coordinator

Overview

Adeba Trading Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based distributor of packaging, hygiene, and operating supplies to hotels, restaurants, foodservice operators, and corporates. We are on the look out for a dedicated professional to join our growing team.

The Purchase & Stores Coordinator is responsible for the efficient execution of purchasing and inventory operations. The role suits a well-organized professional comfortable working across both functions to ensure a smooth and reliable supply of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier identification, evaluation, and onboarding in line with company standards.

• Commercial negotiations to secure favourable pricing, terms, and service levels.

• End-to-end purchase order process from requisition through to fulfilment.

• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance against agreed expectations.

• Receipt, inspection, and acceptance of incoming goods.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity across all stock records and locations.

• Maintain safe, organised, and well-controlled storage operations.

• Support quality assurance across both inbound and outbound goods.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies, variances, and supply issues in a timely manner.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and inventory processes.

• Support the team to deliver goods if called upon during busy and emergency periods.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience.

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory operations, ideally in FMCG, logistics, HORECA, or distribution.

• Strong organization and attention to detail, with comfort handling records and inventory or ERP systems.

• Sound negotiation and communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada preferred

• A reliable, hands-on approach and willingness to work across both office and warehouse settings.

• 2 wheeler license required, 4 wheeler license preferred.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
