We are looking for a Purchase Manager to join our team at Flurys (5 Star Cake & Bakery). Get ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of bakery raw materials such as flour, sugar, chocolate, cream, butter, dry fruits, fruits, etc.
Purchase packaging materials, cake boxes, accessories and other store requirements.
Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure quality, price and timely delivery of materials.
Maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate with the production/store team.
Monitor purchase orders, invoices and vendor payments.
Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
Compare quotations and negotiate the best commercial terms.
Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for purchase-related documentation.
Ensure purchases comply with the company's quality and food-safety standards.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Bakery, Café, Restaurant, Hotel, QSR or Food & Beverage.
Good knowledge of bakery raw materials and food-related procurement would be an advantage.
