Job Title: Store / Purchase Manager
Location: Chandivali stationed at the centralised branch
Salary: ₹ (revised: up to ₹35,000 per month)
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Store / Purchase Manager to manage the end-to-end supply chain for our cloud kitchen operations across Santacruz, Malad, Thane, and Chandivali. The candidate must be experienced in production planning, material forecasting, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive daily material requests/orders from all branch kitchens.
• Pre-plan and coordinate procurement based on production and supply schedules.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
• Maintain and update inventory records in Excel and inventory management tools.
• Oversee stock levels, avoid overstocking/understocking, and ensure FIFO.
• Handle inward and outward entries of goods and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with the production team for demand forecasting and supply planning.
• Lead and supervise a team of 5–6 store/purchase staff, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability.
• Stay up to date with live inventory stock and supply position across all branches at all times.
• Consistently deliver accurate inventory results through regular audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts.
• Regularly perform material price comparisons across vendors to ensure cost efficiency and best-value procurement.
• Take independent decisions on procurement, vendor selection, and stock movement without waiting for escalation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in store or purchase management in the F&B industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food production cycles and supply chain operations is a must.
• Prior hands-on experience with Petpooja (POS, inventory, recipe, and purchase modules) is a mandatory prerequisite. Proficient in Excel and basic inventory software. • Tech-savvy — comfortable adopting new software, dashboards, and digital workflows quickly.
• Strong self-decision-making ability — able to act independently on procurement, vendor, and stock decisions.
