Purchase Manager

We are looking for a Purchase Manager to join our team at PDPL. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹50000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities: -

·         Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery speed.

·         Source materials and services in accordance with company requirements and policies.

·         Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers.

·         Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and maintain procurement records.

·         Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.

·         Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of goods.

·         Maintain and update a database of supplier information, purchase orders, and inventory levels.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

·         Contribute to cost reduction strategies and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·         1–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain preferred.

·         Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

·         Proficient in M.S. Office and procurement software

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
