Identify and develop reliable vendors for:
- Plastic raw materials (HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, etc.)
- Injection moulding consumables and spares.
- Job work / outsourced moulding partners.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost).
Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and logistics.
Source and procure new moulds, dies, and tooling as per project requirements.
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with store and production for material planning.
Monitor market trends and price fluctuations of raw materials.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policy and GST documentation.
Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and reconciliation.
