Purchase Manager

• Manage end-to-end procurement of materials for transmission & distribution projects (33/11kV, LT/HT lines, substations).

• Float inquiries, evaluate vendor quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely release based on project requirements.

• Develop and maintain approved vendor database for electrical T&D materials.

• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand material specs and timelines.

• Track material deliveries and ensure timely dispatch to sites.

• Ensure quality and compliance of purchased goods as per technical specifications.

• Maintain accurate purchase records, budgets, and reports for management.

• Monitor market trends, prices, and availability of critical materials.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and procurement standards.

• Conductors (ACSR, AAAC)

• Insulators (Pin, Disc, Shackle)

• Distribution Transformers

• HT/LT Cables and Wires

• Steel Poles, PCC Poles, Structures

• Stay sets, GI Wire, Hardware fittings
