Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Head to manage end-to-end procurement for our textile manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor development, price negotiation, cost optimization, timely procurement of raw materials, chemicals, dyes, machinery spares, and other industrial requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all purchase and procurement activities.
- Develop reliable vendors and negotiate competitive prices.
- Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, inventory coordination, and vendor performance.
- Implement cost-saving strategies and improve procurement efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, and accounts departments.
Experience: 5–10+ years in purchase/procurement, preferably in the textile manufacturing industry.
