Job Summary

Responsible for procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring best pricing, timely availability, quality compliance, and smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and finalize vendors
Plan purchases as per sales forecasts and inventory levels
Raise purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
Maintain optimal stock and control costs
Ensure quality and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Billing, and Godown
Maintain purchase MIS and vendor records
