Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement of industrial safety equipment and related materials. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, price negotiation, purchase planning, and ensuring timely availability of products for sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage purchase of industrial safety equipment such as PPE, fall protection systems, safety tools, and accessories.

• Identify and develop new vendors and suppliers.

• Negotiate price, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers.

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).

• Maintain proper inventory levels to support sales operations.

• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts departments.

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain quality standards.

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.

• Track market price trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business Administration.

• Additional certification in Procurement or Materials Management is an advantage.

Experience

• Experience in industrial safety equipment, PPE, hardware, or engineering products preferred.

Skills Required

• Vendor negotiation skills

• Inventory and supply chain management

• Knowledge of purchase documentation and ERP systems

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• MS Excel and reporting skills

Salary

• As per industry standards + performance incentives.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
