Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing of quality materials at competitive prices. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, negotiation, purchase order processing, and maintaining inventory levels in coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors

• Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment

• Compare prices and ensure cost-effective purchasing

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation

• Coordinate with accounts for bill verification and payments

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement or purchase department

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Knowledge of vendor management and supply chain processes

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

• Good analytical and organizational skills

Experience Required: Experienced candidates only (relevant industry experience preferred)

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
