Purchase Manager

We are looking for a Purchase Manager to join our team at Nisaar Consultancy Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹20000 - ₹25000 salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 4 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job description -

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies, collect

different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

2. Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and

allocating tasks.

3. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices,

timelines, analyse company data, monitor budgets, review and

assess cost estimates.

4. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related

documentation.

5. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage

inventory needs.

6. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality

standards and specifications.

7. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

8. Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

Requirements:

1. Degree in business administration or a related field.

2. Experience as a purchasing manager or in a similar position.

3. Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.

4. Supervisory and management experience.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

6. Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

7. Strong planning and organizational skills.

8. Ability to work independently.
