Purchase Manager

Process Engineer:

Qualification: M.Sc./ M.tech/B.Sc./BE in Chemical Engineering or equivalent  Engineering

Experience: 2-4 years of work experience.

Technical Skills:

1.     Should have knowledge on Preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) & Line List, Instrumentation List & Load List, Vessel Datasheet (PDS), Instrumentation Process Datasheet (IPDS) and Sizing of control valve.

2.     Sizing & selection of components.

3.     BOQ preparation

4.     Preparation of Valve Matrix, Sequential Flow Chart, Operating Manual and Performance of PLC bench test.

5.     Vendor Drawing Review.

6.     Carry out FAT/SAT of the unit.

7.     Should have basic knowledge on QMS and Maintenance of QMS/ISO 9001:2015

Soft Skills:

1.     Should have good leadership skills to lead the engineers towards achieving results.

2.     Should have able to draft and send emails by attaching the work reports/data in an effective and proper manner to the concerned reporting authority and management.

3.     Should have good written and verbal communication skills to communicate the information to internal/external stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.

4.     Able to take decision by consulting with the Team Head & Manager.

5.     Should have creative thinking to solve the problems.

6.     Able to work in a team environment and team and increase the spirit of team work.

7.     Should able to manage his own time wisely and as well as co-engineers by prioritizing and delegating the work effectively.

8.   Computer knowledge on MS office package.
