Job Summary – Purchase Manager
Ekanta Global is looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager to manage the end-to-end purchasing process for fabrics, raw materials, accessories, and other business requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing vendors, negotiating prices, ensuring quality and timely delivery, controlling purchase costs, and coordinating with the Design, Production, Accounts, and Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Major Role – Purchase Manager
Responsible for the complete purchasing process for fabrics, raw materials, accessories, and other production requirements.
Source reliable vendors and suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships.
Negotiate the best prices, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely availability of materials to support production and business operations.
Coordinate with the Design, Production, Accounts, and Management teams.
Monitor inventory levels and control purchasing costs.
Compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and maintain purchase records.
Ensure all purchased materials meet the required quality standards.
