We are seeking a skilled Purchase Manager to handle procurement and vendor management for manufacturing operations. The role involves ensuring cost efficiency, timely supplies, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies.

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and maintain optimum inventory.

• Identify, negotiate, and evaluate vendors.

• Manage budgets, cost reduction initiatives, and sourcing strategies.

• Handle project-based procurement for production setups.

• Maintain documentation, compliance, and vendor audits.

• Lead the purchase team and improve ERP-based processes.

Requirements:

• B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or related field (MBA preferred).

• 5–10 years of experience in procurement.

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost control skills.

• Knowledge of engineering components and logistics.

• Proficiency in ERP and MS Excel.
