Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.

• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excesses.

• Cost Management: Analyse market trends, assess pricing, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all purchased materials meet the required specifications and standards.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align procurement activities with project timelines and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
