Purchase Executive

Location: Mumbai Expressway, Near Alwar Industry: Hospitality / Hotel No. of Openings: 2 Salary & Benefits • CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month • Working Hours: 10–11 hours per day • Accommodation: Free Fooding & Staying provided by the hotel Job Summary Hotel Tokas is looking for Store Executives to manage hotel stores efficiently, ensuring proper inventory control, timely issue of materials, and accurate record-keeping as per hotel standards. Key Responsibilities • Maintain daily stock records of food & beverage, consumables, housekeeping, engineering, and general stores • Receive materials as per purchase orders and verify quantity & quality • Issue materials to departments against proper requisitions • Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and GRNs • Conduct daily and monthly stock checks • Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Kitchen departments • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices • Monitor minimum & maximum stock levels • Assist in cost control and inventory audits • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store Candidate Profile • Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Store Management preferred • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years experience as Store Executive in Hotel / Hospitality Industry • Knowledge of hotel inventory systems and store procedures • Ability to work independently and handle pressure • Willingness to work long hours Skills Required • Inventory Management • GRN & Store Documentation • Stock Control • Coordination & Communication • Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel , ERP) Facilities Provided • Free Fooding & Staying • Supportive work environment • Long-term growth opportunity
