Job Benefits: PF

Prepare, and place purchase orders for raw materials and laboratory consumables. Review purchase orders to ensure product cost, payment terms, product information, and delivery information are accurate
Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers for order finalization and import raw materials through ocean freight
Coordinate with teams to place orders as per weekly and monthly raw material planning
Follow up with raw material suppliers on regular basis to ensure shipment and delivery on promised dates
Maintain physical and digital records of purchases and related documentation. Record price movements of key raw materials on monthly basis
Update supplier register on monthly to track raw material purchases
