JD for Vishubh Integerated solution (P) ltd Job Title: Indirect Purchasing / Procurement Executive – Purchase executive Location: Bangalore. Department: Procurement / Supply Chain Reporting To: Procurement Manager / CEO Job Summary: The Indirect Purchasing / Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service vendors and indirect materials required for interior fit-out projects across PAN India. The role involves vendor sourcing for services such as painting, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other allied works, along with procurement of client-specified materials as per project requirements, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Sourcing & Management • Identify, evaluate, and onboard service vendors for painting, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, and other site works. • Develop and maintain a PAN India vendor database for services and indirect materials. • Coordinate with project and site teams to finalize vendor scope and work requirements. • Ensure vendors meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. Service Procurement • Float enquiries, collect quotations, perform technical and commercial comparisons. • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and timelines with service vendors. • Finalize work orders / service agreements in coordination with management. • Ensure timely mobilization of vendors as per project schedules. Material Procurement (Indirect & Client-Specified) • Procure client-approved and project-specific materials for site works. • Source materials as per BOQ, drawings, and client requirements. • Coordinate PAN India material supply and logistics to project sites. • Ensure material approvals, samples, and submittals are completed on time. Coordination & Documentation • Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams. • Track purchase orders, work orders, delivery schedules, and service completion. • Maintain procurement documentation including comparisons, approvals, POs, WOs, and invoices. • Support billing and vendor payment processes. • Coordinate closely with client for delivery of material and site visit, project work, Etc… Cost Control & Compliance • Ensure procurement activities are within approved budgets. • Support cost optimization through alternate vendor sourcing. • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and client standards. Required Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of industrial fit-out services and indirect procurement. • Experience in handling service vendors and subcontractors. • Good negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations. • Knowledge of BOQs, work orders, and service contracts. • Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant field. • 2–6 years of experience in indirect purchasing or interior project procurement. • Experience in PAN India project coordination preferred. Preferred Experience: • Interior fit-out / commercial projects. • Handling service procurement for offices, retail, or industrial interiors. • Working with multiple clients and site teams simultaneously. • Good knowledge for vendor sourcing as per the requirement location.
