Job Summary:
The Purchase Executive will handle the buying of products and services, communicate with vendors, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. The role involves negotiating prices, managing import shipments, and working with both local and international vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
● Communicate requirements and negotiate prices.
⮚ Pricing Negotiation:
● Work with vendors to agree on prices and terms.
● Stay updated on market trends to negotiate better deals.
⮚ Product Research:
● Look for new products that meet company needs.
● Check that products meet quality standards.
⮚ Import Coordination:
● Work with international vendors to manage shipments.
● Ensure all documents comply with import rules.
⮚ New Vendor Sourcing:
● Find and evaluate new domestic and international vendors.
● Keep a list of reliable suppliers for future use.
⮚ Reporting & Analysis:
● Keep records of purchases, contracts, and vendor communication.
● Provide reports on procurement activities and vendor performance.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is a plus.
