Job Responsibilities:
Handling procurement of promotional and branding items.
Identifying and developing reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Placing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Coordinating with internal teams for requirement planning and execution.
Ensuring quality compliance as per company standards.
Managing documentation related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PPT etc…)
Following up with vendors for timely dispatch and resolving any supply issues.
Candidate Requirements:
Relevant experience in purchase/procurement (preferably in promotional items).
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of vendor management and sourcing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
