Key Responsibilities:
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials such as fabric, reflective tapes, zippers, Velcro, and packaging items required for safety jacket production.
The role involves vendor selection, price negotiation, timely ordering, and ensuring materials meet quality standards.
The candidate must monitor inventory levels, coordinate with production and stores, maintain purchase records, and prepare regular MIS reports.
Strong knowledge of garment/PPE materials, negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel or ERP systems are essential.
Experience in textile or safety product manufacturing is preferred.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
