• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality materials at the best price.

• Manage purchase orders, quotations, and vendor contracts.

• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, fabrics, trims, and other requirements for production.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Compare and analyze price proposals, delivery times, and payment terms.

• Coordinate with the accounts department for timely payments.

• Work closely with production, merchandising, and management teams to understand purchase needs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accuracy in documentation.
