Job Summary

Advance Agrolife Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material sourcing. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.

Generate and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).

Procure raw materials, packaging materials, engineering spares, and consumables as per company requirements.

Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for management approval.

Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and vendors for smooth procurement operations.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

Track deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.

Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.

Qualifications

Experience

2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing, agrochemical, chemical, or industrial sectors.
