Responsibilities
Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely acquisition of required goods.
Maintain relationships with current vendors and negotiate terms to secure the best prices.
Identify and develop relationships with new vendors to diversify supply sources.
Prepare and manage Management Information System reports to track purchasing activities.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
Prepare BOQ for various projects to outline necessary materials and costs.
Coordinate the dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery to various locations.
Create and process Purchase Orders to authorize the procurement of goods and services.
