         Job Summary:

· We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive – Purchase to support day-to-day procurement activities. The role includes vendor coordination, purchase order processing, material follow-ups, and maintaining records to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.

· Prepare and issue purchase orders as per requirements.

· Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.

· Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and pricing history.

· Coordinate with stores, accounts, and user departments for approvals and delivery.

· Track inventory levels and support in replenishment planning.

· Handle GRN coordination and resolve delivery discrepancies.

· Support in cost analysis and vendor performance evaluation.

          Required Skills and Qualifications:
