Designation: Purchase Engineer / Sr.

Salary: 30K to 35K p.m

Experience : Min 2 years

NOTE : Knowledge of procurement software ( SAP)

Location: Pune (Chakan)

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement of Maintenance Materials:

Source and procure materials, tools, and equipment required for regular maintenance operations.

Maintain a consistent supply of spare parts for machinery, infrastructure, and operational facilities.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid operational delays.

Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality products at competitive prices.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and global vendors for long-term partnerships.

Regularly review vendor performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery.

Purchase Order Processing:

Coordinate with the finance department to ensure proper documentation for payments.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with the maintenance team to understand their specific requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and logistics for smooth procurement processes.
