■ About the Role

Sparrow Shopfits is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with experience in Interior Fit-Out projects. The role involves vendor sourcing, procurement coordination, purchase order management, cost-effective buying, and ensuring timely procurement of materials for ongoing projects.

■ Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchase activities for Interior Fit-Out projects.

• Source and develop vendors for materials, fabrication, furniture, signage, electrical items, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and project services.

• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, coordinate approvals, and release purchase orders.

• Follow up with vendors regarding material availability, dispatches, deliveries, and payment-related coordination.

• Maintain vendor database, quotations, purchase orders, rate contracts, and procurement records.

• Coordinate with project, design, production, and site teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.

• Support urgent site requirements and ensure timely procurement across multiple running projects.

• Assist in commercial negotiations and identify cost-saving procurement opportunities.

• Prepare procurement MIS reports and maintain documentation.

■ Requirements

• Graduate in any field (Engineering / Diploma in Civil or Interior preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement for Interior Fit-Out projects.

• Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Retail Fit-Out, Commercial Interior, Furniture Manufacturing, or Turnkey Interior Contracting projects preferred.

• Knowledge of plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, glass, acrylic, metal fabrication, stone, paint, electrical items, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, furniture, signage, and related fit-out materials.

• Good negotiation, communication, coordination, Excel, MIS, and documentation skills.

• Strong follow-up skills and commercial understanding.

• Willingness to travel for vendor visits and project requirements.
