Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assisting the purchase team with day-to-day procurement tasks✔ Gathering quotations from vendors and suppliers✔ Maintaining and updating purchase data in spreadsheets or internal systems✔ Supporting follow-ups with vendors on delivery dates, prices, and invoices✔ Helping track purchase orders and material receipts✔ Coordinating with internal teams (operations, accounts) to ensure timely supply✔ Preparing basic reports and summaries for the purchase team Job Requirements The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
