Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of IT hardware, networking equipment, software licenses, and related accessories. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, negotiation abilities, and knowledge of the IT procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source IT hardware, networking products, software licenses, and accessories from authorized vendors.

  • Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs).

  • Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and negotiate the best prices.

  • Compare vendor quotations based on price, delivery timeline, warranty, and payment terms.

  • Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Accounts teams for procurement requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

  • Track pending orders and follow up with vendors for deliveries.

  • Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase documentation.

  • Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement reports.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.

  • Ensure procurement complies with company policies and budget.
