Job Title: Purchase Executive – IT Infrastructure

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of IT infrastructure products such as hardware, networking equipment, and related services. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, price negotiations, order management, and ensuring timely delivery of IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate vendors for IT hardware, networking equipment, and infrastructure solutions.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates.

• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand IT infrastructure requirements.

• Ensure timely delivery of purchased items and track order status.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Verify invoices and coordinate with the accounts department for payment processing.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.

• Ensure purchased products meet company quality standards.

• Maintain proper documentation for procurement activities.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
